BK1616 Closed End Needle Bearing 16x22x16mm

VXB a toujours les roulements que je veux. Facile à commander, livraison rapide. Les roulements sont de bonne qualité.

Ordered some BK1616 bearings from VXB based on availability and price. When the bearings (BK1616) were received...it was discovered there were no protective seals (I see from the product description it still reads "with seals"). Need a seal...make sure there's a "P" suffix. Contacted VXB by chat and reviewed the problem with Brandy (?). Found out the same description for both BK1616 and BK1616P was used on the website. VXB acknowledged the error and offered to send out the proper bearings (BK1616P). There was never any discussion of fault. Asked if I should return the wrong bearings...nope. Now this is what I call...customer service! People who stand behind their products as well as their advertising. I'll be back for future bearing needs. Thank you Brandy and VXB once again!
