Due to unprecedented growth and increased demand, current processing times are 5 to 10 business days before shipment. We are expanding our inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service team to better serve our customers. We sincerely appreciate your business and patience during this exciting period of growth.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless the item is out of stock or on backorder. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VXB Ball Bearings is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they remain the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vxb.zendesk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
