These factory-matched shaper cutters are CNC-machined from Fatigue-Proof bodies, designed to shape exterior entry doors and interior passage doors with clean, repeatable profiles. They work on stock from 3/4" to 1-1/4" thick and, with the optional Exterior Door Kit (83-046), can handle 1-3/4" thick exterior doors. A Plywood Panel Kit (83-048) enables a 5.5 mm tongue-and-groove joint for veneered plywood panels. The set includes one Rail Cutter, one Stile Cutter, and one Raised Panel Cutter, all with a 3/4" spindle bore (19.05 mm), compatible with 1/2" spindles via adapter bushings.
