The ordering process for VXB was pleasant and straightforward enough. The search mechanism is quite effective as well. The product that I received, however, while of high quality, was not as described. The requested item had a center bore of .25", while the received item was, by my measurements, more like 7.5mm. Not sure if this is an issue of a nominal size, a metric near-equivalent, or something else. I'm keeping them because they are the closest I've found yet to what I need.
