I ordered suitcase wheels and was told that they were on backorder, but that you would send the order as soon as it came in.It took a while but you did keep your word and I am pleased with the product.

The wheels and kit were exactly what I needed though getting them to fit my existing suitcase was a challenge but I overcame and I soon will be testing them out in real time!

The wheel kit is great. Thanks to the airport in Aruba, we needed new wheels on a piece of luggage. The kit has all that is needed, depending on your luggage you may need to do a little disassemble but that is minor. When and if I need more I'll be sure to order from VXB.

There was a key part missing. One part was duplicated so it seems the count was right, if that’s your quality control measure, but I was missing an axle component, which is key. I will need to return in any case as this does not fit my suitcase. That’s not really your fault, however. Thanks
