I was happy to find there are replacement wheels for luggage. I used a drill to get the broken wheel removed and the new one went on with no trouble. It even came with the tools needed to secure the wheel.

Wheels came fast and they were as expected and my case rolls as never before.

Perfect Fix! I had a suitcase that never rolled right. I finally decided to discard it after years of dragging it through airports.
Before I did so, I thought I would google suitcase wheels. I found a VXB package that had the exact dimensions of my wheels. I decided to fix both wheels.
The fix took about 20 minutes to. The package even included the allen wrenches to put them on. It rolls perfectly!!

VXB was out of stock on the item I ordered but they informed me of that immediately and offered options. I chose to leave the order open and they fulfilled it about 10 days later - a very satisfactory outcome for me. Good customer service, accurate product descriptions, and fair prices...

Outside of being out of stock for a period of time, the follow up and keeping the customer aware of the process was excellent. The product had all parts required and solid in construction. Lacked only instruction which were NOI required for common sense replacement installation.
