The 3/8 x 3 inch zinc-plated concrete screw is a single-piece fastener designed to anchor into concrete, masonry, brick, or block. It cuts its own threads for a secure hold in a dry environment and sits flush with a hex washer serrated head. It uses a standard bit; drill a 3/8" hole with a carbide tipped bit and install with a 9/16" nut driver. The anchor is 3/8" in diameter and 3" long, with a minimum embedment of 1-1/2" and a fixture thickness max of 1-1/2". The fixture hole should be at least 7/16" and spacing should be at least 6" center-to-center or 3" from edges.
