Silicon Bronze ERCuSi-A is a copper alloy rod containing 3% silicon, designed for TIG, MIG, and oxyacetylene welding of copper, brass, bronze, steel, and cast iron. It delivers strong, corrosion-resistant welds and clean deposits, making it ideal for sheet metal applications like cabinets, metal furniture, and ductwork. The deposits offer high strength and good weldability, supporting parts in corrosive environments. Melting temp around 1866°F (1019°C) and Brinell hardness around 80-100 after weld.
