With the excellent pictures and descriptions on your web site I felt confident about what I was ordering. The price was good and the bearings did the trick. They work very well. For non-mechanic folks like myself it would be nice if you had a section for novices. It could include things like tips tricks for things like removing old bearings. It could have a FAQ supposing anyone has questions they might post or you would guess customers might want to know. You could even have an educational section on the history of bearings or the processes for manufacturing them testing them etc. Best of luck with your business in these harsh economic times. Terry
