Door Lock Actuator for 400 Series Hinged Doors, single
✔️ Replaces worn actuator under inside escutcheon plate

This actuator is used to operate the deadbolt on 400 Series Frenchwood Hinged patio doors. It works with both In-Swing and Out-Swing doors manufactured from 1988 to Present. The unit sits under the inside escutcheon plate and is held in place with a limiting plate and two screws. Turning the deadbolt knob rotates the actuator to engage or disengage the deadbolt. If the deadbolt knob spins, the actuator may need to be replaced.
