Website said delivery in 5-10 days. Ordered Aug 1st, and received Sept 11. That’s 6 weeks. In the meantime, the price decreased by over $300. When I discovered this, I inquired about being refunded the difference since it was already weeks late. They refused. It arrived on a Friday. Upon opening the box discovered it was missing the glass plate that comprises the entire bottom of the pendant. I immediately texted about the missing part, no reply. Texted Saturday, no reply. Emailed sunday, no reply. Monday I received 2 conflicting email replies 7 minutes apart: one to send it back for a replacement (without return postage or even an address) and one saying they would “look into it and send the missing part.” I immediately replied to the 2nd email to request a confirmation of which action I was meant to take. No reply Monday or Tuesday. Today, Wednesday sept. 16, emailed AGAIN to ask the status of the return….. no reply yet. My next step is simply clicking the link on the Maine attorney general website that reports them as violators of the consumer protection act. Im done with this nonsense.
