Wrong Bearing Delivered

VXB sent an 80mm bearing not the CF8 19mm bearing. A phone call to VXB quickly resolved the problem and a replacement was sent. The CF8 bearing arrived 2 days later but felt gritty when rotated. Without even calling another CF8 bearing arrived a day later which was perfect. So, we now have the bearing we ordered, plus a gritty bearing that we discarded, plus the large 80 mm bearing we never ordered. Guys, focus on delivering things correctly...It saves you cost, and hopefully keeps your costs down to us in the future. Overall, we are satisfied but had we had a critical need, this would not have been good.
