I believe the bearing was in good working condition. The bearing was fine. It was how I used the bearing that didn't really work. I bought it to replace my Code1 yo-yo bearing. I was thinking the VXB bearing could sub for the Terrapin bearing after I cleaned it up. I thought I'd save $10 bucks and that it might be worth it. I took it apart and cleaned it twice in mineral spirits. The lubrication would not come off. So it's been difficult counting on it to be unresponsive. The bearing does spin longer than the original bearing (2 min 10 sec) but the possibility of it catching up and returning made me quit using it. Not the fault of VXB. I don't recommend using it in place of the Terripin.
