Use on properly prepped above and below grade basement walls, masonry walls, retaining walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco and brick. Not for floors or walls with active leaks. Prime uncoated, patched, chalky surfaces with a premium interior/exterior primer. For below-grade application, fill holes/cracks with hydraulic cement prior to painting. A minimum of two coats are required for optimal results. Dry time: touch in about one hour and recoat in about four hours depending on humidity.
