800mm Lazy Susan Aluminum Bearing 850 lbs Turntable Bearings

I sourced this 800mm Lazy Susan Bearing for an outdoor fire table. I had a piece of 3/8" tempered glass made in the shape of a donut 23" ID and 46" OD. The bearing supports the glass perfectly. It has rubber bumpers on the top and bottom so both the bearing and glass stay put while protecting the table and the glass from scratches. The action of this bearing is very smooth with the heavy glass on it. Please note that the colder it gets the more resistance there is when turning. This is not a problem, just a note for anyone using it in a colder climate. I can tell you it was a success because my wife loved it and her opinion ends up being the true test. Don't hesitate to get this if it meets your needs. BTW, the bearing ships in a secure wooden crate. There is almost no chance it will suffer any harm in shipping.

Crafted a 4' round Lazy Susan for an 8' round table. The hardware was more expensive than I would have wished, but it works perfectly. The Lazy Susan is made out of 3/4" MDF, is heavy, but the hardware handles it well. There's no need to screw the hardware to the MDF. The weight of it keeps it perfectly aligned. Could not have asked for anything better!

Works but requires more effort to turn than expected with very little weight on it. Not horrible, but not as easy as expected.

I was looking for a large lazy Susan bearing for a custom built round table for my new house. VXB had just the one I needed. I bought it on their website and it was shipped promptly and arrived in a special crate in perfect condition. The whole experience couldn't have been smoother! Great!
