688ZZ Shielded Ball Bearings, 688ZZ Bearings are made of Chrome Steel, each bearing has 2 Metal Shields to protect the bearing from dust or any possible contamination, also bearings are pre-lubricated with grease.
I repair Robot's that are made in Germany and have found that these metric size bearing's and oil seal's are hard to obtain and can be very pricey thru my Robot vendor. I have ordered thru McMaster Carr/Motion Industries and WW Grainger, long lead times.
