We use this material in a washdown environment involving harsh chemicals and often poor lubrication yet these rods keep their shape for a comparable time frame to OEM material. We're pleased with the results so far and have actually ordered additional sizes to replace some other pieces that are worn out. Will definitelly recommend this product.
