I found VXB to be a very customer minded supplier of components. Originally I purchased their 8' x 4' CNC package. The original shipment was damaged in transit. When I reported the damage to VXB's great staff, they immediately shipped out replacement parts to replace the damaged components. I ended up ordering extra 15mm Flanged Square Slide Unit Block Linear Motion units to increase the stiffness of my CNC unit. I am happy to report that the machine is able to tackle wood as a CNC Router and is also able to tackle heavy duty machining as a CNC mill. All I need to do is swap out the work heads. It is also designed to be a 3D printer and a Laser engrave and cutter.
