100-Pack 4mm Bearing Balls - Chrome Steel - G10

These bearings work great with the tremolo system on Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar whammy bars to maintain the position of the bar in conjunction with the spring.

I ordered 5mm and they were to big. So, I ordered 4mm bearings and when I received the pkg I knew without opening the pkg. that they were too small. The difference in size from 5mm to 4mm made know sense. I need these to fix the runners on a dresser draw. I just didn't think, after finding a co. the sells bearings, I would have such a problem. Other companies should be measuring their level of service by how these folks worked with me and how quickly they delivered. Very impressed!

Product is fine, except I need a different size. Vivian, customer service is very nice and helpful. However, the phone line typically goes to voice mail on most of my calls. I was unable to do a return with my Yahoo email address, so I called her when I thought my order was incorrect. I received the same size of merchandise on the 2nd shipment. It appears that I need a different size than I thought I did. I need help purchasing the correct size of ball bearings. Thank you for your future help...
