One of my Favorite Bearing

I use these 5 x 9 x 3 Ceramics in older Shimano Bantam's such as 201SG, 21SG etc. The original bearings are fine but sometimes when left unattended for long periods, take a long time to clean and prep for reel being rebuilt. It is easier to replace them and at the same time, upgrade to a Ceramic bearing. Ceramics not only spin smoother and better but they last almost forever when taken care of properly. Given that most of my collection will never ever be fished with, the new owners can rest assured that the best bearings and parts available would be used. No issues with any VXB's past or present.
