Great product but poor support

The ball screw was as stated however the end of the ball screw was not machined to take a coupling or any other type of connector. Since the material of the screw is hardened this was a problem and since the ball nut could not be removed (without all the balls falling out) it was extremely difficult to place in a machine to cut it. There was no paper work with the screw and no diagram or other description of how the screw was assembled. I called the service department VXB and was told that they had nothing and could not even connect me to the manufacturing company that made the screw unit.
